DELIVERY CUT OFF TIME

Orders placed before 12:15pm will be shipped the same day subject to stock availability. 
We ship all orders in order of receipt and shipping method. At our busiest times we may be delayed in shipping your order until the next day - this is incredibly rare.

UK FREE SHIPPING

All orders over £100 are entitled to free shipping.
All mainland UK postcodes will be sent by UPS.
All non mainland areas will be sent via Royal Mail (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland etc)

UK NON MAINLAND SHIPPING - FURTHER INFORMATION

Please note for UK customers if your destination is in Scotland, Northern Island or other UK offshore destinations, your order could take two days for delivery from the date of dispatch, but if you experience a longer delay than this we need to know in case there is a problem.
