Pierce Artist Returns Policy
Pierce Artist International pride ourselves on our product quality and customer service.
However, if on a rare occasion you are in need of returning a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, our policy is as follows:
7 Day Return
· Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt
· Full refund will be issued providing goods are unopened and returned in the same condition as originally sent. Refund excludes delivery costs.
· It is the customers responsibility to ensure goods are packed securely and returned to Pierce Artist, covering delivery costs. We would advise an insured, tracked service
· Any sterile goods are exempt from returning i.e. jewellery packs, inks, needles etc
Damaged Goods
· Damaged goods will be refunded in full (including delivery costs), or replaced at no additional cost. A photograph or return of the goods may be needed before refund can be issued
Faulty Goods
· Returnable goods which are believed to be faulty must be sent back to Pierce Artist using an insured, tracked delivery service. Once we have confirmed the fault of the goods, we will refund in full with delivery costs included, upon receipt of postage.
· If no manufacturing fault is found with the goods then the customer will be charged for redelivery
· If a fault is detected with the product, a full refund (delivery costs included) or replacement will be issued
